Happy 1st Birthday Jake!!! Mommy and Daddy are so blessed to have you as our son. No matter what crazyness happens during our day you always seem to to put a smile on our faces. You have the cutest expressions and best hugs & kisses. We couldn't of had a better 1st year with you and can't wait to see what the next year brings.
